Chocodope Enterprise Terms & Conditions (Please read before order)

 Please read the terms and conditions (T&C) stated below clearly. Once an agreement is reached, the full payment of the product can be proceeded and please attach your receipt of payment as well. If you fail to fulfill the payment within the stipulated time given, your order will be automatically considered void.

Terms & Conditions :

1. Order and reservation

Your order must be made at least one month (30 days) before the date of the event or the pickup date. The latest that we will accept your order is a week (7 days) from the date of the event or the pickup date, subjected to any available slots for you. 

During peak seasons, such as during the Hari Raya and school holidays, order made must be at least a month (30 days) early that the date of the event or occasion. Order that is made later (late orders) than the stipulated time given above, we will take it into consideration if there is any available slots for your order. 

It is compulsory for orders that consist of edible images, fondants, figurines and in-bulk orders to be made early.

2. Last-minute order

Any order that is made three days before the pickup date will be considered a last-minute order. Any last-minute order usually will not be accepted by us, but it is subjected to the slots available during the time. Our party have the rights to cancel the order made if payment is not received by us within the stipulated time give. All last-minute order made will be charged 

20% more of the full payment.

3. Payment 

The full payment must be made at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the date you will pickup your order. Once the payment is cleared (when the payment is transferred into our account), the order is confirmed and will be listed in our slots. If payment is fail to be made, your order will be void. Unless stated and confirmed by us, there will be no cash on delivery (COD) method of payment made or accepted by us. If you are not able to settle  your full payment, we have the right to cancel your order. All order below RM250 will need full payment/deposit for booking. 

For any last-minute order, full payment must be made immediately on the date of the order to ease all transactions and work on our behalf. If you are using Interbank transfer for internet banking, we advise you use Instant Transfer Banking instead.
